Is there a minimum age requirement for my pup to be boarded?
Yes. We do ask that you get in touch with us to ensure that we have a place for your pup to stay.
What are your Check-In and Check-Out times?
Yes. To ensure the safety of every pup that comes to our facility, we require up-to-date vaccines. We require proof from the veterinarian that your pup is up-to-date on their vaccines prior to boarding. Without this documentation, we will not be able to board your pup,
Dogs must be UTD for Bordetella and Rabies.
What if I need to cancel my boarding reservations?
Yes. We ask that pups who are brought to our facility are at least 4 months old (16 weeks). This ensures that your pup has received all vital vaccines to protect their immune system.
Can I take a tour of your facility?
You can Check-In your pup(s) anytime during our business hours.
Our Check-Out time is 12:00pm. If you pick your pup up after 12:00pm, you will be charged for that day.
We can work with you on Check-In and Check-Out times with advance notice.
Due to an increased number of late notice cancellations and no shows, we are requiring a minimum 24-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellations within the 24-hour window and no-shows will accrue a $25 fee per dog to the owners account.
Under certain circumstances, the fee(s) will be waived.
Yes. We will be happy to give potential clients a tour of our facility. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
What are your Holiday Hours?
Even on holidays, your pup receives the best care possible. However, we will be closed for Check-Ins and Check-Outs on the following holidays:

What if my pup is not neutered or spayed?
If your pup is not neutered or spayed, there will be a one-time $25 fee added to your bill. If we have an unaltered male who displays signs of aggression, he will not be allowed to participate in large group play. If an unaltered female goes into heat, she will not be allowed to participate in large group play. This helps ensure the safety of other pups staying and our staff.
